SITE NOT LOADING ANYMORE

  I done password reset for website dashboard login successfully after that the site is no longer working/loading. ‘This site can’t be reached abc.org took too long to respond’.

  Hi there,

  The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site at csi-kenya.org is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

  Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
