Site not loading, Contact Us page not loading, need to cancel premium

Hello,
None of the pages on the site are loading. I was recently charged for my premium plan, but I am unable to cancel the plan due to the fact that the page for that won’t fully load either. I have tried on three different WiFi sources. The Contact Us page never fully loads either, so I cannot contact anyone or use Live Support to deal with this issue. I would like the money back for my premium plan, and I would like to cancel the plan as well.

I can see your site with several pages under Work. Your site is made on the Wix-platform. `<meta name=”generator” content=”Wix.com Website Builder”/>’ and isn’t connected to wordpress.com, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=hannahljaffe.com

@hannahjaffe, I can see you moved the site away some time ago. I’ve cancelled and refunded the plan for you. You did not have a contact page set up on this site, though, or much of anything, so is it possible you were referring to something else there?
You still have a free site at https://hannahjaffe.wordpress.com . I recommend making the site private for now, then if you ever decide you want to use it, that name will still be available for you (it would not be available if you delete it.)
You can do that at My Site > Settings.
