Site not loading on mobile devices

    Hi there!

    I just created this site for a safari company in Uganda. Unfortunately, I have found that the site fails to load on mobile devices unless a vpn is being used, and sometimes not even then. This is making it very difficult for the site to be useful to locals. Viewers in the US have had no problems with this.

    What can I do to make sure this site can be easily seen here?

    I’m guessing this is only using mobile data, not wifi on a mobile device, correct? And only on a specific mobile network? Or on all of them?

    If it only happens using mobile data, and can be bypassed using a VPN, that points to this being an issue with the ISP/mobile provider, in which case affected users need to contact that provider’s support directly, so the mobile provider can investigate what’s causing this and fix it on their end.
