Site Not Loading with Certain ISP

  Hello everyone,

  My site will not load on certain internet providers, for example Plusnet which we have at home. My site loads fine on other providers, for example in another office with another provider, and when using data on phone. It won’t let me into the back end either when I’m at home using Plusnet internet.

  The error I get is: This site can’t be reached
  celticroseneedlecraft.net took too long to respond.
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

  I’m using Google Chrome. My domain is actually celticroseneedlecraft.net as we don’t use it as a blog, there isn’t any content on the wordpress one. I run WooCommerce on the website and I’m using a theme which comes with WordPress.

  celticroseneedlecraft.wordpress.com is hosted here but celticroseneedlecraft.net isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com so you’ll need to contact your host for the timeout issues:

  Thank you! I wasn’t sure who it was I needed but this has helped. I’ll contact the host. :)
