Hi there,
I’m not sure I understand. I see that there is an active domain mapping for belles.co.in in our system. When I visit this URL it goes to a WordPress.com site that is set up in “Coming Soon” mode.
Are you trying to launch your WordPress.com site so it is visible at belles.co.in? Or did you have something else in mind? Thanks for clarifying.

Hey, the same domain – belles.co.in, I’ve developed the website completely through WordPress 1 month ago.
I had mapped for a 1-month plan from GoDaddy and designed the website, I’ve missed paying the subscription for next month and I tried mapping the domain again now, All the edited versions are gone now. Pls it was a 1-month effort in making the whole website, Do help me

While researching this, a colleague on my team located a few examples of cached pages for this URL within Google’s web cache.
Take a look at the image I’ve put at this URL: https://d.pr/i/jLNaNJ
Does that match the site you were working on? If it does, this means you were building that site through GoDaddy’s web hosting. That site does not exist on our servers or on your account here at WordPress.com.
As a next step, contact GoDaddy support and see if they can help you locate this site you built on their hosting.
Once you have successfully located the site at GoDaddy, you will need to do two things:
1. Remove the DNS records on your domain that are pointing it to our servers here at WordPress.com – those A records instead need to be set back to GoDaddy default settings.
That should help you get back to the site you created. Once that is working correctly…
2. Cancel what you have purchased here at WordPress.com, because the upgrades you have purchased here have nothing to do with anything you create on GoDaddy hosting; we are two separate companies.
Let us know if you have any other questions about this information.

Is that possible you can call me on +[redacted by staff]
I’m afraid my concern is not being communicated clearly through the chat.I’ll try to rephrase it in step by step manner, Pls see if this helps. Thanks
1. I’ve purchased the domain in godaddy
2. Ive developed a basic website in godaddy which is for the same you have attached the image
3. As Im not able to do customisation there, I’ve mapped the domain to WordPress(couldn’t move as it didn’t complete 60 days from the date of purchase). And kept the domain still with godaddy and hosting & development with wordpress
4. I’ve taken a monthly business plan and started developing my website by purchasing a 3rd party theme, integrated woocommerce, Different plugins, Entire product, pricing catalogues have been added.
5. Website was working fine and I’ve missed renewing the subscription and I thought I’ll renew once I start the working again
6. I wanted to renew and tried checking the details in WordPress, the website is not reflecting. Thought due to no subscription, Ive tried moving the domain completely(Ideally wanted this). But couldn’t go through as it was throwing email id updation error.
7. I gave up after many attempts and then as no option I’ve mapped the domain in the same way how I did in the initial attempt .
8. After mapping, realised no content is available in the back end. Thats when I’ve raised this query to you guys.Pls help, its a month long effort in building the whole thing. :'(

We don’t provide phone support on WordPress.com, so it’s not possible for us to call you, no. Also please don’t post personal contact information like your phone number here in the public forums.
You have multiple sites in your account.
The site for which you bought the Business Plan in April is belles841159464.wordpress.com. That site’s address changed to https://belles841159464.wpcomstaging.com/ when you installed plugins and your own theme to it.
The site you bought a Personal Plan and domain mapping for yesterday is a completely different site, belles988039180.wordpress.com, and your domain is currently connected to this site. That’s why you’re not seeing your old content in the dashboard – you’re looking at the wrong site.
If you go to My Sites ->Switch Site and select the belles841159464 site, you’ll see your content.
However, when you allowed that site’s Business Plan to expire, that disabled all plugin installed to that site. So you still won’t see any content you added via a plugin, for example, WooCommerce products. If you want to get that site working again, including the plugins you have installed, you need to buy a new Business Plan for that site, and then we can move your domain mapping upgrade over to that site for you.
If you no longer want the Business Plan for that site, we’ll need to downgrade it for you. Then you will no longer be able to use plugins or third-party themes, and there’s a risk that all content you added after installing plugins can be lost.
Let us know how you’d like to proceed.

I’m good to go ahead with the business plan and get back all the content and attach it to this website-belles.co.in.
Pls let me know how to go about it -
Also, It shows Rs800 INR/month for business plan in wordpress.com, however when I try to upgrade here, it says 300$/year. Why is such a huge difference, How can I opt it for Rs800INR/month

I have changed the currency on your account to Indian Rupees; I hope that helps :)
As for recovering your site – once you have upgraded back to Business, you’ll be able to restore the latest backup as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#restoring-from-a-backup.
You’ll also be able to map your domain by following these steps:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/.
For any help, you’ll want to reach out to our support team via live chat: https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

Thanks, That was really helpful.
Just a last help, Can you refund the payment I’ve made yesterday to map the domain. Will I get that back or I still need to keep that payment? -
Hi there,
I removed the mapping subscription for you. You still have a domain credit you can use for the site since the mapping sub has been removed.
Thanks,
-

You are referring to the $48.00 USD (₹2,400) you spent on the Personal Plan listed here? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/belles988039180.wordpress.com/17366216
You do not seem to need that upgrade, so you can chose the “Cancel Subscription and Refund” option at the bottom of that page and follow the steps on your screen for a refund.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
