Site not registering

  Hello. I have a deal with Ionos that integrates WordPress whilst they host. I previously assigned csnservices.co.uk to a wordpress.com account and after removing it i am having issues loading anything up. When speaking to ionos they say they can see the ‘hello world’ page but i can not even access the admin page.
