Site not responding

    I can’t see my site and am getting the error
    Error Message: Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests.
    Are you able to help?
    The site has been coming back up for 15 minute intervals but has now been down for the last 2 hours. No manual changes have been made to the site for over 2 months.
    I have also raise a ticket with my WordPress hosts name.com
