Site not responding

Just signed up today. However, many parts of site not working. Unable to open settings to delete duplicate account, unable to open purchases to upgrade. Is wordpress experiencing difficulties with their website? Very frustrated.

You can delete the duplicate account with these instructions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/Note, you will need to be logged in to that account in order to delete it and this action is permanent. We will not be able to restore the account.
Let me know if you are still having trouble accessing Manage Purchases. You should be able to upgrade directly from https://wordpress.com/pricing/ if still having issues.
Clearing your browser cache may help.
