Site not restored successfully

  Restore doesnt fix the issue. All my courses and setting are gone. Please help I have visitors there under contract

  One of the hapiness engineers was working on it but I’ve been trying everything in my power to contact him for almost an hour its in impossible. When a chat box is opened on wordpress I get a blank white box.
  
  The site I had was based on Masterstudy LMS and Elementor. All my courses, settings, custom settings and LMS data are gone. Please help
