In turn, we’re unable to take a closer look at your site.It looks like your host uses the open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from the managed hosting offered on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact Namecheap for further support.

And the namecheap support is not available at the moment.
