Hi
It seems like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.
This tool might help you identify the source of the “not secure” notification.
https://www.whynopadlock.com/Do you have a way to contact the vendor that is handling your webhosting or the developer (Logoorb) that set up your website originally to ask for assistance?
Use this link to get to the forum for help about self-hosted sites:

Thank You for your quick response. really appreciated. The link did help. It seems like the website is hosted by Cpanel. Is there a way I can switch to WordPress to handle my hosting?
Thank you!

Hi there,
cPanel is the control panel software used by your hosting provider to let you manage your site on their servers. Your hosting provider, whom you’re paying for your domain and hosting services, is Namecheap.com.
To have your site load over https, you need to install a SSL certificate on your server at Namecheap. Please contact their support directly for help with their process to do this.
If you prefer to move your hosting over to us on WordPress.com instead (note we’re a hosting provider, like Namecheap, and not the same thing as the open source WordPress software you’re using to build your site), you can do that as well.
You can create a new WordPress.com site in your account at https://wordpress.com/start/site/ To continue using your current theme and plugins, and to bring your domain over to us, you’ll need to upgrade that site to our Pro plan. Then you can use this process to migrate your existing site over to us:

Let us know if you have any questions :)

Thank you! Just want to confirm, my website will be imported with all my plugins, menu, category, and layout?

I’ll check with a sales team member to assist me. Thank you for all your support. This is the type of customer service and assistance that makes a difference.

If you follow the process at the link I gave above, using the Jetpack plugin and our Pro plan, it should import your entire site, just as it is, yes. The only exception would be if you’re using a plugin that’s incompatible with our hosting setup, but I think you should see a warning about that when you try to import.
