Site not secure

    My site’s connection is not secure. I have security issues at the moment. Thank you.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Sites on WordPress.com are configured with free SSL (for a secure https address) by default, and this is true of the two sites I see under your account here: https://wordpress.com/sites/

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
