  my page looks good when I access it but when other go to it they get an OOPS ! message please advise

  Hi there!

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I’ll be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

  You likely see that error because you have a Page set as your homepage in Settings -> Reading that is either marked private or not published yet. As a logged-in Administrator, you would be able to see the page set as your homepage, but regular visitors won’t and instead would see a “404 Not Found” message.
