  I’ve paid for my site and domain and it’s not showing up on my account.

  This account is only 3 hours old and doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of the site you paid for?

  I was editing a website this afternoon. There’s a charge from WordPress. I 100% bought that domain and picked a template and even started editing my page.

  To my knowledge I only have one WordPress account. I tried the only other email it could have been and it said that wasn’t a valid email address.

  It looks like indeed you purchased the plan and domain under a different account.
  When you purchase any subscription, we send you an email with a receipt. Please check to which email address this was sent and use that address to log in to your account.

  Let me know if you’re still having issues with that.
