Site not showing in dashboard, can login and cleared cache already
-
I can login to the correct account. My site allows me to login to my gravatar profile in the upper right corner link.
My site is not showing up in my dashboard and I have no purchase history. I have the receipt in the email when I purchased the domain. I can’t edit my site now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you need to recover access to the account, and you are familiar with the email/username used, you can try to reset the password: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your WordPress.com account and can’t log in, the next best step is to complete the Account Recovery Form: Account Recovery Form
Provide as much information as possible, such as transaction IDs, activation links, backup codes, or anything else that could help prove ownership. Check this guide for reference: Account Recovery Guide.
Please let me know if that method worked for you.

Hello, thanks for responding. I don’t need help with password reset, that’s a first level troubleshoot, so I can appreciate that it solves a lot of problems to start there but I’m not tech illiterate.
As I stated in my original message, I AM ABLE to login to the original account used to purchase, create, and enable the website. It’s live. I just can’t access it in the editor. I could last week and now I can’t. My domain doesn’t appear in the dashboard AFTER I HAVE ALREADY LOGGED IN.
I’ve made no changes to the site name so I shouldn’t need to do anything with the php file.
I have cleared the browser cache already and it’s no different. This problem is really frustrating. -
Are you positive this is the right account to reach the site. A Whois shows the URL was registered on 23rd February, whilst this account was created 24th February

Hi @knotsveryfirm!
After checking our records, I noticed that the problem you’re having is because you have more than one account and logged into the wrong one. To fix this, you’ll need to log out of your current session and log back in using a different email address you might have used.If you don’t remember the correct email linked to your other account, you’ll need to complete our account recovery process by following this link:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please let us know if you have any questions or need extra help, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

OMFG, this is the fix. Apparently I missed the . in the email somewhere. Super embarrasing, but at least it’s fixed. Better to ask a question and look dumb for a moment than sit in ignorance forever I suppose.
Appreciate the help yall.

Hi there,
Glad to hear it’s all sorted, and thanks for sharing the update!
That kind of thing happens more often than you’d think, so no worries at all. Really appreciate you coming back and confirming what fixed it.
I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved.
