  i paid for a domain and chose a premium plan but it is saying i do not currently have a wordpress site

  Hi there, I see your site just fine at https://endlesswinterphotography.com/. It isn’t under the username you are logged in here with though, it is under the mprhoden username. You will have to log into that account in order to edit or add content to your site.

  However, I will say that it appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
