Site not showing up correctly after customizing

    I edit the blog just fine with the customizer, yet when I go to look at the blog nothing seems to have changed. I edit it so that blog posts don’t show up on the “about me” page, yet they do. I’ve edited the site tagline and other stuff, yet it doesn’t change when I view the page.
