Owner of the referenced website added me as a user – contractor. Her site had crashed. I am nor sure how long ago as she just brought me on to install a new theme, etc. and clean up the site. Yesterday, I was able to look at the plugins and add or delete the ones not installed by WordPress.com.

Today, if I am viewing the site and click on the drop down of options and choose Plugins – it goes to the plugin marketplace and redirects to My account with the limited menu of:
    Stats
    Domains
    Posts
    Pages
    Plugins.

Sometimes, if I hit the browser back button, I can get to her website dashboard, click on “installed plugins” and I get stuck in this never ending loop that is the Square setup wizard.

And I get delivered different displays -I click on pages, I get one list of pages with a limited top menu, then other times, I get a different screen with the classic WordPress look of pages.

Her site is not listed in my sites of available blogs either.

This is the most confusing setup of WordPress I’ve ever encountered. I cannot do what I need to do to help her fully because of the screwiness of the hosting setup.

I have other problems which I believe are related to her php memory limit. I couldn’t even move forward with installing a new theme until I disabled numerous plugins, some of which she had conflicted with JetPack. Now I cannot even view the installed plugins.

I just need full access and I need to know how to tell her to give me access to phpadmin and sftp. She sent me her login/password she uses to login so I could move forward but logging into WordPress.com says it is invalid, as well as logging into wp-admin – but it is valid so I cannot help her to help her.

I was able to get to the hosting page and clear the cache, but I cannot access anything else on the hosting screen. I also cleared my browser cache and still clicking around leads me to various screens. Sometimes I click to edit a page and when it loads I get a “Sorry, you not allowed to do that” message. No idea what that is referring to.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
