Site Not Useful for My Needs

    My planned use of WordPress was to share the short videos that I create with friends, family, and anyone else interested in viewing them. However, when I tried to upload one to see how it looked, I received notification that I would need to purchase space if I wanted to store video files. I am retired, living on a fixed income, and create my videos for fun — mine and any potential viewers. I don’t anticipate or expect to make any income from them so I have no incentive to pay anyone to host them for me. I can still distribute them via email attachments so I need to cancel my WordPress account and any related domains and other WordPress items. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

    You can’t upload videos on the wordpress.com platform. You can only embed videos frol several popular platforms, https://wordpress.com/support/videos/
