site not visible after 'publish'ing

    I published all of the pages of my new website to the ‘public’. However, if I try to navigate to it in a different browser or on my phone it does not come up. In IE 10 I get ‘this page cannot be displayed’ and my Samsung S7 I get ‘This page isn’t working’ ‘…redirected too many times.’ ‘ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’.

    How do I fix this?
