Site not visible in business plan

    Initially I purchase a business plan on my personal email I’d later I have changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff) now it is not showing any site in that account and asking me purchase plan. But when I access the link using cartechnewz/wp-admin I can see why is that pls help

    Hi there, the account you are posting from is only a day old so you must have another username account that you need to log in to.

    What is the address of the site for which you bought the Business Plan?

    The account you’re posting here owns only the site, http://test00dotblog.wordpress.com/, which is on the free plan.

    I see no username, cartechnewz, on our system. There is a site, cartechnewz.wordpress.com/cartechnewz.com, but that site belongs to a completely different account, kmmaheshsharma, and that account is not connected to the email address you provided here.
