Site Not working

  Hi,
  I paid for a domain name, and have kept my account current for years. Currently my site has not been working for almost three weeks. I have contacted WordPress perviously with no effort on your end to fix the problem.

  When I type my web address it says server down. However, I am able to see my post in my admin section when I log-in. Please rectify or respond with a way for me to have my site back.

  You are mapping a subdomain to WordPress.com. It looks as though something may have gotten messed up at your domain registrar as far as the way that subdomain is set up.

  I would encourage you to take a look through these instructions and then make sure that everything is set up correctly at your registrar:
