  Hi !!

  Firstly, check what exactly coming on the screen when entered the website in the browser. check for any error message or white screen. Basic internet connection needs to be checked as well, either working or not.

  Secondary you can try below steps,

  For WordPress Hosted,

  1. Check if you have recently installed any plugin, themes, or upgraded WordPress.
  This will also give you a hint what might have caused this issue.

  2. Deactivate and Delete the Plugin and Install once again and check by reloading (refreshing) the website.

  And for self-hosted websites,

  1. Go to the C Panel and find file manager, click on it, then click on public.html and then click on WP-content .

  2.There rename the plugin folder and check, you can also rename the theme folder and check.

  3 If nothing works, you can restore your website by backup.
