Site not working

  Whenever I click ‘My Site’ a pop-up message will show. The message says : Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
  wp-admin

  I don’t have access the wp-admin either

  Hi there,

  You didn’t actually say what site you need help with, but I’m going to assume it’s https://www.713reia.com/, as that is the only site in your account.

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we can’t help you with accessing WP-Admin as we don’t have any access their either. In fact, that site appears to be entirely offline, which would explain why the Jetpack connection which allows that site to appear in your WordPress.com account also isn’t working.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as this is a problem on their end. We’re not able to help with this.

  It’s a Godaddy domain and it is still active when I check it.

  When I try to visit https://www.713reia.com I just get an error page that the connection has timed out. If it’s still loading for you, it’s likely loading from your browser cache, not your hosting provider’s servers.

  But that site is definitely broken, and we can’t help with that as it’s not hosted on our servers. Please contact your host directly for help.
