site not working

Hy this side gagan ..i built this site a week ago and complete all process but still this is not working and whenever i try to open it from another pc it say oops! this page cannot be found.please help me out.

An “oops” message on the front of a WordPress.com site either means you haven’t published the page you wish to display to visitors or you need to set the correct front page at Design/Customize/Homepage settings. (Most people choose the Blog page so visitors see regular changing content as you add posts to your site).
