  I changed my site name and url name, now I can’t get into my site.

  It was https://mentalcheesecake.com
  Now it should be https://thelisteningpineapple.com

  The site mentalcheesecake.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.   As well I wanted to point out that I do not show thelisteningpineapple.com as a valid registered domain. I am not sure what Bluehost’s process is, but it is likely that changing your address in the WordPress settings is not sufficient to register the domain.

  Please also confirm with Bluehost that you are the registered owner of thelisteningpineapple.com as well.
