  I set up a second site under my account and all the pages say they are published but when i click on external view there is no content? please can a wordpress expert help?

  If you are talking about https://buteflat.wordpress.com/, that site is up and running. Or are you talking about another site?

  Same as @staartmees, I can see both sites correctly: buteflat.wordpress.com, and fromlighttodarkandbackagain1937.wordpress.com. Are you talking about a different site?

  What exactly do you see on your end? A screenshot would be very helpful. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.
