SITE NOT WORKING AFTER PHP UPDATE ( HTACCES PROBLEM )

  after manually updating php because I don’t have access to the c panel, my page crashed and when I try to access it, it just downloads some files. please, if you are able to just log in to wordpress, I will give you all the necessary information privately in an email so that you can make sure that I am the admin… and just do the last backup, which I think was done on February 27.
