Site not working after upgrade to Windows 2012 R2

Since wordpress is installed at the top level, the SeymourLovejoy.com itself is not accessible. In fact I can’t login to the site with FTP. Any idea what needs to change?

Your website isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, which means we don’t have any control over it.
It’s hosted on Winhost, you should contact their customer support team. I hope you know WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms. To learn more, please read this.
