Site not working! Help me!

    We are payed 9 Feb domain name BIZ-CLASS.ORG, but our site still doesn`t work. I see In base domain status – Expired and when I open url BIZ-CLASS.ORG into browser I see GoDaddy parking page. Please help, as soon as you can!

    Hi there,

    I’m very sorry to say that your domain expired on December 27th. During the expiration process it eventually was made available for others to purchase and in this case it was. It has been bought by a third party and unfortunately we are not able to get it back for you.

    What you renewed yesterday was your domain mapping, which is only part of the equation (it allows your domain to be pointed correctly at WordPress.com’s servers). I have refunded you that purchase as it will not work in this case.

    At this point, the only suggestion I can make is that if you are very attached to that domain, reach out to the new owners and see if they are interested in selling it. You can generally find their contact information in a whois query on sites such as http://who.is.
