Site not working, no access to LiveChat – help?!?!

My site, pcpickleballclub.com, is a premium site paid through Feb. 2022. It has suddenly been corrupted and I can’t get help from WordPress.
My site’s theme somehow changed on its own (no clue how).
Live demo for themes now refuses to work on my site, so I can’t see how to fix it.
I NEED live chat, but am only given email option.
I have been sending emails for two days, but all I get is “don’t call us, we’ll call you” email replies.
What can I even do?!?!?!

Is it possible you previously used a Premium theme on your website and were testing a new theme? If so, what Premium theme was involved?

It looks like your site’s Business plan has expired, so you have lost all the advanced options.
I can see our support team has already replied to your email with more details (if you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folders).
Re-purchasing the plan and restoring your site from the latest backup should get your site to look just like it did before the plan expired:

I have a premium plan that renews on Feb. 21, 2022.
I also had a business plan that another member added but we never used. Since we didn’t use any business features, I didn’t think it would make any difference when they expired.
Doesn’t the fact that it’s a wordpress.com site that has been paid for give us access to LIveChat and the premium themes?
