Hello,
I contact you from Sonoscanner, I work for them.
Echographes : leader de l’échographie clinique | Sonoscanner
Following an update to wordpress 4.9.8, the site was no longer accessible (phenomenon of the blank page).
Today, by going into the ftp, the file ‘public_html’ does not appear any more. It contained the ‘wp_content’.What should I do to recover the files? Would it be possible to restore it?
Maybe the site has been hacked?
Thank you for this information and your understanding, it’s pretty urgent.

I do not know why this thread is tagged for Staff follow-up
sonoscanner.com is a WordPress.ORG software install hosted by OVH SAS, not by WordPress.COM
Name Servers:
dns1.ex2-p19.com
dns2.ex2-p19.comWe provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As the site is not on WordPress.COM servers contact your web host for hosting issues. For software issues post to the WordPress.ORG support forums.
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support.
The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/
If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

Hi Sophie –
Thanks for getting in touch. Since this site uses the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com you’ll want to visit the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/
There are some details instructions about recovering the files here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended
Please be sure that all of your passwords are updated and secure. When possible, use 2 factor authorization as a best practice guideline for online accounts.
Good luck, I hope this gets you pointed in the right direction.

This morning I keep running into threads tagged with modlook when no Staff intervention is required.
-
@timethief my guess is that someone was going through threads that had not yet been answered and tagged them for staff help.
