My site cycles between online and offline frequently throughout the day. Jetpack will send emails, but the site isn’t always back up when it says it is.

It looks like your site at milosplantbasedkitchen.com is using WordPress.org and it’s hosted by Bluehost, a different hosting company. We can mostly help with WordPress.com sites in this forum.
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
It sounds like your site is having some performance issues. While it’s hard for us to know exactly what causes it, it could be due to low server resources, plugin conflicts, etc. Have you contacted Bluehost support regarding this? They might be able to look into the server logs and share some suggestions as to what’s causing the site to be offline intermittently.
You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum for help with this.
