Site origin heros is blank on my home page

Hi, I’m trying to understand why my site origin hero images appear blank on my backend (only on my home page). I want to edit it but I’m not able to. The look of the website appears fine.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
