site ownership no longer accessible

  The original person that set up the https://kbaycouncil.wordpress.com website is no longer alive, and we don’t have access to their login. We would like to gain admin access to the website so we can eventually close it down. The only user that has access to the dashboard is limited to “Editor” status, so we cannot make any administrative changes to the domain, etc. Can you assist with helping us gain Administrator status for the one user with last name of abrahamson
