Site ownership transfer

  Hi, we would like to reactivate the site but couldn’t retrieve the admin account. I found a step to to transfer the ownership. But the transfer site is missing at the Site Tools. What else we can done from here to move forward? thanks.

  Hey there @jbmanlagnitgmailcom, you’ll want to get logged in as the site admin/owner, then you’ll have the transfer option available.

  If you’re paying for upgrades, probably the easiest way to regain access is to use a transaction ID from a recent purchase through that account. You’ll submit that with other information about the form, and our account recovery team will evaluate the case.
