Site page errors

I recently migrated my WordPress site from Godaddy to cloudways. Since then my pages have been messing up. I use elementor on all of my pages. About every 2-3 days, my pages’ background color changes from black to white, the menu widget doesn’t work, the layout on some of the pages messes up, and my footer reverted to how it was before I updated it. I have to keep fixing this issue by updating each page 1 by 1 in elementor every couple days.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

Also I keep getting emails saying some of my plugins have failed to update such as elementor pro and Astro pro. But when I check the plugins in my WP account, they are up to date. My site has been acting weird since I migrated my site to cloudways.

Also these errors primarily occur on the mobile version of my site.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion. I already have the r latest version of WordPress installed.

Update: I realized the WordPress blog linked in this post is an older, not updated version of my current WordPress site. Maybe this is my current WordPress site is having problems? Did the migration just create a duplication of my WordPress site and not delete the older one? What should I do?

@adias596 – thanks for that. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.

You may also want to reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could help you find and fix the problem.

I hope this points you in the right direction.
