Site Page Issue

  I am trying to add an additional site page, but for some reason it will not allow me to do so. I only have 3 site pages at the moment, and when I publish the 4th site page it does not show up on my site. I have tried deleting a site page to allow for more space, but that does not help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
