Site Pages piece disappeared
-
I bumped my phone and the ‘Nationalism / Borders’ content in my site pages disappeared to zero words. Zero. I lost everything. The only replacement available in my history is from November 2017. All the months of work between now and then, GONE! This is the second time this has happened. You couldn’t tell me why the first time. I don’t trust WordPress now. Unless you can tell me how to recover to the latest edition, I’m out of here.

Hi –
Is ‘Nationalism / Borders’ the post title? I’m not seeing it in the post list for that site.
-
Do you see the other titles? I have a long list of site pages titles of which ‘nationalism / borders’ is one. I can see it and open it on my site. I think I’ve seen the list you are looking at and it’s not on there. Why is that? I recovered the ‘nationalism / borders’ site page two days ago from the last save which was November 2017. I use this site page often, adding information to it and saving it, but the last save is November 2017. What should I do? How can I get you to see it? Thank you for your effort.

Hi there,
I’m not able to find that title neither on your published posts nor on your drafts. Can you please send me a direct link to it?
Also, on your phone are you using the official WordPress app or your web browser?

I am using my web browser, NOT the official app.
Thank you.

I’m sorry to tell you that, but the latest synced version of that draft is from November 16, 2017. Looks like your mobile browser didn’t sync anything before crashing. That’s the reason I recommend the native app. The app is configured to auto-sync to our servers.

I’ve used the app in the past, and opted for the browser version because of problems with the app updating.
