  I have a hosting plan with Bluehost,however my site does not show up on your site?

  A site hosted with Bluehost is in no way related to our own wordpress.com platform. You can connect your self-hosted wordpress.org site at Bluehost to your wordpress.com account through the Jetpack plugin.
