  I keep getting an error when I try to access acrookedheart.com
  It wants me to upgrade. Am I missing something? Did I miss something.

  It looks like the domain acrookedheart.com is missing a domain upgrade payment that is likely due. You might have to visit this purchases page and ensure that all pending payments are cleared.

  The domain mapping upgrade is not active, it means it was not renewed in time. You missed renewing the paid upgrade of your website at wordpress.com.

  If you wish to get the website working, you will have to renew your paid upgrade plan (minimum Personal Plan). You can read more about the paid upgrade plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Hi – The domain renewal was cancelled when the chargeback was issued. This is a payment dispute that you’ll need to have cancelled before I can restore the domain.

  When signing in to your WordPress.com account you should see a notification re: the chargeback. You may need to contact your bank directly to have them cancel the dispute.
