Site problems

  The navigation bar on the left of the screen on Reader and My Site have become jumbled, with icons laid one on top of another. Also, I am now unable to access all of my site stats, or manage my subscriptions (e.g. I can no longer decide if I want to receive emails from them or not). All of these problems have developed in the last few weeks. I have tried following the advice on the Help links, to no effect.

  Hi –

  There have been a few reports of this error recently, and I believe it is due to using an old version of your web browser and/or operating system.

  Can you visit http://supportdetails.com/ and share the version of your operating system and web browser here?

  You don’t need to email it, just post here what it says for your operating system and web browser. If you check that other thread I linked too I believe the issue has been resolved.

  The navigation bar and toolbar jumble issues are indeed resolved, but Comments and Comments I’ve Made are not updating, and I still cannot manage my subscriptions.

  Are you able to install the latest OSX and Safari updates? That should help resolve your problem.
