  IF I purchase the bundle, will i have to purchase the theme as well? I would like a music theme so I can post video and mp3s.

  There are 208 themes available to us. Most are free themes. http://theme.wordpress.com/ You can post videos in any theme. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/ You can add audio files to your blog too.
