Site Quiz Broken; Plugin and admin for plugin disabled
-
I have a quiz on my website that is broken. The custom plugin for the quiz stopped working and I can’t edit it in Elementor. Please help.

Hi there!
What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

Thank you for your response. my site is delivher.com
the quiz is located at delivher.com/quiz
the quiz is supposed to look and function like the one at this link

I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is hosted on 1&1 Ionos, not on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

Bummer… My site stopped working properly after the WP automatic managed update. Do I need to pay for WP hosting for assistance?
-
Not necessarily. You’re paying your host, right? They may offer some help, or let you get a backup so you can update things one at a time. They may also be able to give you more details from an error log.
You can also contact Elmentor, if it’s giving you issues. Or, you can contact the maker of the quiz plugin.
