Site randomly down

Hi to anyone reading this,
One day I randomly lost access to my blog site and I have no idea why.
On my wordpress account it lets me know that ‘this site can’t be accessed’ and when I enter my site’s domain into the search bar it comes up with ‘this site can’t be reached’.
I have tried looking for a solution online but couldn’t manage to find anything helpful, partly due to my lack of understanding in coding, and I really wish someone can help me.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
