Site re-activation

    Hi. I would like to RE-ACTIVATE this site. I understand that it may be stored with you, and I have to pay a fee – $80.00. I also need a one-year subscription starting asap. Could you help me achieve the above? MANY THANKS! I hope to hear from you soon

    Hi there,

    It sounds like (by the mention of an $80 fee) that you are trying to recover the domain that you cancelled/refunded in 2022, yes? I can see that your purchase was refunded in the two most recent receipts listed here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    While it is true that we are afforded a brief period (80 days) where cancelled domains can be redeemed, after that point they are returned to public sale. In this case it appears that someone has purchased your old domain and is now the new owner. With this in mind we are not able to recover it.

    If you wish, you are welcome to add a new custom domain to your site (you can choose from any available domain that is not currently owned by someone else) and if you choose the yearly option of any of our plans a free domain is provided for the first year:
