  my login says my site was deleted by owner, but I didn’t. Can I recover?

  if the site was deleted less than 30 days ago it can still be recovered.

  Why/How would it be deleted? If this happens due to inactivity, then I won’t put my new blog on this site. I want to keep my posts indefinitely. Also, as my email was tied to two sites, this forum mentions the wrong blog. The one that has been deleted is zammitroadtrip2018.wordpress.com. Also, If I pay for a domain for a year, then stop, do I lose the blog? So if I don’t want to pay indefinitely I should use .wordpress.com? Thanks for any help so I can start my new blog.

  Hi –

  Site deletion is a multiple step process with a confirmation too. It’s not something you can easily do by mistake or accident.

  ferniesnowvalleycommunityassociation.wordpress.com is an active and working site. Which one do you need help with?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  zammitroadtrip2018.wordpress.com is missing website. I am the author. I did not delete. How could this happen and can it be recovered?

  This site was deleted 10 months ago by user ferniesnowvalleycommunityassociation. Had you contacted us within 30 days we could have helped, but unfortunately it cannot be restored at this point. I recommend using another address.
