When attempting to activate an SSL plug in our site disappeared and we can not find the required recovery information because our site was started by someone else a long time ago. It won’t let us login, it says our site can’t be found in WordPress – though it is still active to view the site. This is the error message we get when we attempt to login The server can not find the requested page:
hopehanover.ca/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WordfenceScan (port 443)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. unfortunately, it looks like you are using a self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org) these forums are for the fully hosted version (WordPress.com). Heres a link explaining this a bit more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You might be better off asking your question on the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Your hosting provider may be able to help restore the site if they keep backups of the site.
