site recovery

    I have sever al sites on a WordPress hosting service on Godaddy who decided not to support that package to the wordpress is outdated on package all sites are on. While I m learning of this WordPress updates the sites automatically and so they will no longe appear. The host is using a lower WordPress than my sites. how do I recover the sites? can I recover the sites and what can I do about the sites that at this moment I can log into. They all have jetpack and are WordPress sites
