  A previous employee created and hosted a PAID site on worpress hosting.

  He has been terminated without ability to contact.

  We have lost any and all credentials associated with that PAID site and the site has since become inactive, assuming delinquent payment.

  How do I recover a site?
  This current user profile does not have a paid plan associated, so i cannot contact a human with wordpress support to tell them our company does have a paid plan — we just dont know how to access it
